Drawing on over 25 years experience in large purpose built industrial buildings, Techspan partnered with Rotech Rural and the project team through the design, engineering, approvals, manufacture and construction stages to ensure the efficient delivery of this quality facility.
At first glance, you notice the modern design style facade with integrated undercover parking and a colour palette that compliments Rotech Rural’s brand.
The 2 storey office positioned at the front of facility includes a lift shaft, architectural stair case and modern style foyer and office facilities. Separating the office and rear warehouse is a large precast concrete wall which assists with fire safety compliance, and features inset windows to allow visibility from the office to the warehouse.
Access to the warehouse from the second level of the office is made possible via a custom stair case.
The large cantilever awning that runs almost the full length of one side of the warehouse, allows for all-weather goods loading, additional product storage/displays and a pick up zone for customer orders.
Product storage and accessibility was paramount for this facility – the large clear-span with no centre columns enabled Rotech to maximise the available floor space for product storage and accessibility.
A number of large roller doors were fitted to enable efficient access to and from the warehouse and inside you will find an enclosed workshop area
Manufacture and delivery was co-ordinated with precision to ensure the install builder adhered to their build schedule and delivered the project in a timely manner.
