National Transport Museum In Inverell, NSW

This client came to us with a pre-architected design for the National Transport Museum that required engineering & fabrication.

The Brief

The National Transport Museum was a pre-architected project that we did the engineering design for.

The design required some innovative ventilation solutions to maintain compliance for the large public open space that it was intended to be. Part of this process involved designing an attractive weatherproof louver system for the step up in the roof from one section to the other.

A lot of effort was put into making the underside of the roof look attractive for the public viewing. During the buildings’ construction we made sure everything was structurally very neat and tidy.

A custom, raw iron entry awning was created to match the old antique motor museum concept.
