Multi-Tenant Industrial Units in Heatherbrae NSW

TechSpan partnered with a commercial property developer to design and manufacture multi-tenant industrial units in Heatherbrae, NSW.

The Brief

The client required a full precast concrete design and internal dividing walls to spilt the main structure into individual units. Each unit also required a mezzanine floor, stairs and handrails; along with a glazed entryway and architecturally designed awning at the front of each unit.

The site also required a retaining wall, which TechSpan integrated into the overall shed design to maximise the use of the available space on the block.

Our Innovative Solution

The commercial builder TechSpan partnered with to complete this project only has a small team, so by partnering with TechSpan they were able to streamline the process.

TechSpan took care of the engineering design, procurement, manufacturing and delivery to the site for the buildings. TechSpan also managed the civil design for the building, so that the commercial builder involved could focus on managing and coordinating the site works.

One contract with TechSpan saved the commercial builder from having to manage and coordinate more than five different consultants and suppliers, making the entire process run smoothly and hassle-free.
