Techspan worked closely with Uniplan to provide the best solution for their needs including:
> 55m clear span with no internal columns to enable un-hindered and efficient manufacturing flow and materials handling
> Custom sliding doors: full length to both side elevation walls and also to the rear elevation wall to enable efficient flow of goods inward to production bays and finished product to exit the building.
> Each bay opening up to a whopping 8.5m(w) by 6.5m (h) with the prevision for multiple bays to be open at one time.
> Mezzanine floor, stairs and Handrails
> Office building attached to the front of the main factory
> Cantilever awning over goods inwards loading zone to allow for all-weather unloading
> Transparent sheeting 1.5m at the top of the walls to allow ambient light in and reduce the need for artificial lighting
> Civil design with integrated retaining wall design by Techspan
